I want to thank ALL of the workers,(especially Felipe), who helped clear up and repair the extensive water damage to my Aunt’s house in Garland, TX. USAA recommended your company and I can understand why. The work done was like a partial remodeling. Drywall, vinyl flooring throughout the house with baseboard trim, painting, replace damaged bottom cabinets in kitchen and one in a bathroom. A huge bonus extra was finding quartz countertop for kitchen within estimated insurance coverages, painting the kitchen cabinets not damaged to match the new ones and cleaning up leaving the house in a beautiful state. 

This was all done with me living in PA and managing as Executor for the estate of my aunt. A neighbor was available to also work with Felipe, the contractor. He sent before, during and after completion pictures to keep me informed of all aspects of the work. Everything was discussed with me before to insure my satisfaction. I could not have ask for a better contractor! He is a true gem to Gregg Construction and they are fortunate to have him on their team! The work was completed in a faster than expected time due, I would say, to the fantastic team work of several employees! 

Apologize for the lengthy review but this was not a quick small repair! My thanks to Starla for her patience answering my many questions at the beginning of this journey! She helped this 82 year old complete not one but two Docusign forms! From my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others!

On September 9, 2019 my world as I know came to a stop. My house caught fire at 2:00 am as we slept. Thanks to God, I am blessed as we all made it of the house with only minor injuries.

This company is filled with leaders. Sorry I have to brag. They’ve been with me from day one. Our PM had patience for me and my wife with constant questions via email and texts. He leads all his contractors and has the respect of them all. He kept me and the wife in weekly updates outside the daily encounters with my wife swinging by the house to see it. Me and the wife felt so comfortable working with him because he was always able to explain stuff to us at our level. I was overwhelmed with how many declarations we had to make to put the house back together, but he walked us through it all. I could go on and on as he made this transaction less painful.
